To support this, the Tabs CAFM Stores Management software solution links perfectly with the Purchase Ordering software module to replenish stock levels. It also links seamlessly with the Reactive Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) modules to record and manage stock item usage against jobs. Items can be removed from stock and associated to individual maintenance tasks, offering a full audit trail from delivery to dispatch. Usage details can be recorded either directly from the Maintenance task screen, via the Mobile system or from the Stores System itself. A flexible approach with complete data integrity!
