How it works

It's simple. The Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) module supports four modes to create PPM schedules. The simple mode enables users to quickly set up a repetitive schedule in seconds. The advanced mode enables layering of PPMs to reduce job duplication where multiple PPMs may fall on the same day. The third mode utilises our DIU console. Utilising the DIU you can quickly import and create PPM schedules direct from excel spread sheets, making it an ideal solution for new contract or site PPM imports. Thr forth modules is with direct integration with SFG20.

Whichever way you create a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, a series of individual jobs will appear in the system for allocation. These jobs will be grouped together to allow you to adjust the schedule to suit your resources, cancel or extend the schedule based on future requirements.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) job information can be delivered to engineers via Hardcopy (print), Email, the MOBILE app, self-service WEB portal or the Core management console.

The MOBILE app offers a natural extension of the system to field and site engineers. Mobilising your workforce with access to download and respond to Planned Maintenance jobs in the field improves efficiency and service levels, by increasing response times and ensuring consistent data accuracy.

The native MOBILE app enables field engineers to download their Planned Maintenance tasks to a MOBILE device. All job information including location, contact, description and supporting documentation is delivered to the engineers handheld device. Engineers can then respond to jobs in the field, capturing comments, photos, signature, voice recordings and any job specific expenses. All information is simply transmitted back to the main system for final processing and automatic client updating.
